No Go Daddio!

Xanga is out again!  Blogger is in again!  You won't find any more posts here.  In fact, this page will soon disappear.

Vocab for the Day and an Announcement

Alright.  I seriously doubt anyone reads this...

Word for the day is "nadir" which means the lowest point.  It's an antonym of zenith.

The announcement is that I'll probably be starting up my own web-page which will mainly feature a page for the upcoming wedding, my online journal and some personal stuffs.  May or may not happen but, if there really is someone reading this, you might soon have to update your bookmarks.

Why Chinese?

Chinese is the most widely spoken language in the world.  The second most widely spoken language (English, Spanish or Hindi, it's hard to say) has only about half as many speakers as Chinese.

But it's a first try, you know?  I made a little bitty image using Fireworks.  You can click on the eyes.  I'm excited about it because now this means that I can make image maps!  I can create images with interactive elements.

That's cool particularly when, say, I want to make a map of the US with each state linking to their home page.  Anyways...
